As anticipated, the tragic terrorist attack today Sunday, June 12, 2016 on a night club in Orlando which left at least 50 victims dead and over 50 victims injured, was used by President Obama in his White House Press Brief to further his anti-gun and anti-second amendment agenda in his masterfully delivered propaganda.

The long past due outcry over police misconduct, brutality and outright murder has never been about neither Michael Brown, Eric Garner nor Tamir Rice in specific. The current protests against police abuse and police state in our country has been brewing ever since the Rodney King beating in 1992 and has steadily built up pressure with the increased use of video, cell phone and surveillance cameras which clearly and undisputedly shows everyone who chooses to see the enormity of injustices and crimes committed against the American people, by the governments police state forces. 9/11 and the Patriot Acts have seriously stepped up the intensity and violence of today’s police state.

When back in 1992 the video of the Rodney King beating was released, I was as outraged as everyone else just to be dumbfounded by the acquittal of police officers clearly involved and without any doubt guilty of the justified charges against them.

At present police misconduct, abuse of power, police brutality, police murders but also false and fabricated charges and convictions as well as prosecutorial and judicial misconduct, malicious prosecutions and legal extortion by way of plea deals are at its all-time high and rising.

The simple truth of life and judicial as well as police misconduct is that as long there are no or only little consequences the abuse and the corruption will continue uninhabited. This is not a racial issue any longer, although the Black and Hispanic minorities may still bear the brunt of it, police and judicial system really kill and abuse the citizenry indiscriminately.

Las Vegas Family Court Security

A while back I had to go to Las Vegas in order to get copies of papers from the Clark County Family and Juvenile Court.

When entering the courthouse, I naturally had to go through a security checkpoint where I, as usual, emptied my pockets, and in this case, I had to take my belt off too, before stepping through the scanner. Unfortunately, I was caught still wearing my shoes. This was a security breach and had marshals materialize right in front of me out of thin air.
