Instead of
re-hashing the age old discussion about gun control with the same old pro and
contra arguments I see the urgent need of talking about an issue of which many
have not been aware.

Common Sense Immigration Reform
By Elmer
Whittaker
Just hours
after rescinding DACA and the threat of shutting down the government to get approval
for Trump’s Border Wall the need for Immigration Reform seems more urgent than
ever.
Neither illegal
immigration nor open borders can be tolerated in a sovereign nation of laws and
order. The following will give a common-sense approach to immigration reform
and end illegal immigration.

The Republicrat Deception
Without even
going further into the presidential mis-elections of 2000, in the presidential
elections of 2004 challenger John Kerry was defeated by incumbent President
George W. Bush after John Kerry’s surprising concession in spite and in gross
opposite of his announced intentions of challenging the dubious results.

Occupy and Police State Protests
By Elmer Whittaker
In the past
few days, more specifically ever since the Michael Brown and Eric Garner
protests started in Fergusson, MO and New York City, NY have I been reminded on
the immediate outcry of the commonly known as “right-wing” and conservative
community against the protesters labeling them as looters, rioters and ultimately
communists.
I felt like I
was traveling back in time when Occupy Wall Street first got started a few
years ago.
Yes, the new anti-Police
State Movement got started out on the wrong foot when some of the protesters in
Ferguson in fact were looting and burning mostly businesses of innocent
community members. There is simply no excuse for harming or damaging the
properties or health and life of innocent community members.

Accountability
At present
police misconduct, abuse of power, police brutality, police murders but also
false and fabricated charges and convictions as well as prosecutorial and
judicial misconduct, malicious prosecutions and legal extortion by way of plea
deals are at its all-time high and rising.
The simple
truth of life and judicial as well as police misconduct is that as long there
are no or only little consequences the abuse and the corruption will continue
uninhabited. This is not a racial issue any longer, although the Black and
Hispanic minorities may still bear the brunt of it, police and judicial system
really kill and abuse the citizenry indiscriminately.

Never in my
wildest dream could I imagine that someday someone would laugh and supposedly
disbelieve me when revealing that my original acquired profession is that of a
“marketer”. I mean I didn’t exactly claim to have been an astronaut, a racecar
driver or a rocket scientist. But there you have it.

Idiot’s Guide to Clark County Politics

In the Clark County Republicans Facebook Group
Mike and Mesia K Aly-McFadden wrote:
Mike McFadden: LOL, nutty wife? Aren't you the one who
talks about himself in third person because you maintain two different FB
identities and pretend you can speak one way while logged in as one, then speak
differently when logged in as the other? Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha... and you
call anyone else a nut? The only tantrum that occurred that day was yours,
because of your dual personality situation. LMFAO!

A Challenge For The Liars
By Elmer Whittaker
“Anyone
accusing me of lies and speaking anything but the truth is welcome to present
the evidence. But make no mistake about it, I will use private messages and
emails without hesitations and post them publicly to expose any and all lies
and slander about me. I see absolutely nothing wrong or unethical with that
when faced with slander and lies. Not even if it’s the messages or emails of
your friends who are covering up for your lies. Try me!”

Fracking Jason Smith?
How pitiful of
Jason Smith, Vice Chairman of the Libertarian Party of Nevada. The product he
is selling and for which he started a brand new company for, is still too
expensive for most of the Fracking industry to use. Considering he started a
company selling this product that is still too expensive, I’m sure it will come
done in price so he can finally turn a profit from Fracking.

Questionable Inaction By The LNC
By Elmer
Whittaker
After the
Libertarian Party’s Chairman Geoffrey Neale's completely uncalled for letter of
apology, which Vice-Chairman R. Lee Wrights, of course saw as most appropriate,
the general inaction of the LNC to the cancellation of the LPN convention and
the email exchange between Geoffrey Neale, R. Lee Wrights and LPN Chairman
candidate Brett H. Pojunis, which was posted in the LPN’s Facebook Group and
started this entire discussion, I could not help myself against an overwhelming
impression that both Geoffrey Neale and R. Lee Wrights, are determined to
excuse and legitimize reigning LPN Chairman Joe Silvestri’s cancellation of the
LPN elections.

The Election That Never Was

On April 22nd, five days before the scheduled
elections for the state leadership of the Libertarian Party of Nevada (LPN) on
April 27, 2013 the party’s current Executive Committee under chairman Joe
Silvestri, canceled the state elections much to the dismay and outrage of the
LPN’s membership, when it became clear to the reigning Executive Committee that
they would not have enough support and votes to be re-elected.

Corruption deepens within the LPN
By Elmer Whittaker
In an ever deepening conspiracy of the Executive
Committee (Ex-Com) of the Libertarian Party of Nevada (LPN) to retain their strangle
hold of the LPN and its membership, the Ex-Com has now widened its corruption
not only of the party itself but especially of the election process for a new
leadership at the upcoming 2013 Libertarian Party of Nevada State Convention on
April 27, 2013.

Marijuana Decriminalization in Nevada
By Elmer Whittaker
On Friday March 15, 2013 Las Vegas Assemblyman Joe Hogan
(D) introduced a bill to decriminalize marijuana to the Nevada State Assembly. Assemblyman
Joe Hogan (D) not only cited societal benefits and the legalization of marijuana
for medical purposes in his bill, but stretched the remarkable medical benefits
of the plant.

My Political Activism for Liberty and Justice
By Elmer Whittaker
I became politically active rather late in life and not
quite voluntarily, after having become the victim of police and judicial corruption
numerous times in 2009/10 in Mohave County, AZ where I lived during that period,
and Lubbock County, TX some 1000 miles away from where I lived.
